I had a fantastic experience with Best Buy. They installed a French drain and sump pump in my 20 x 20 crawlspace. To start, the lead inspector, Rich, made a thorough assessment of my crawlspace, heading back in a couple more times, despite the awkward climb into the space. I appreciate that he did not use high pressure sales tactics. I felt he gave me an honest opinion about the pros and cons of the job. He even proposed waiting until we got a heavy rain to confirm how much moisture might be accumulating in the crawl space. I decided to go ahead with the job so as not have to worry any more about potential drainage issues. He gave me a very fair price and, to my surprise, ended up throwing in a new vapor barrier on the day of the job. The installation crew was prompt, professional, and friendly. They protected my hardwood floors and carpeting, communicated with me throughout the job, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived!

Best Buy Waterproofing waterproof my garage today when I tell you from the moment the crew arrived I had nothing but a great experience from the first enter action with the head crew member on down to his team they explained what there were about to do and preceded to do so. My garage had really bad water damage and when I tell you that you would never know it now. These guys were fantastic! Going to leave a long one here bare with me: - The salesperson I spoke with, Ed, was the only guy to not belittle me for not having enough money or beg me to work with them and bad mouth everyone else. He was quick and to the point, only sold me what I needed - nothing more, nothing less. Also just in general fun to talk to! - The crew was absolutely AMAZING. Knocked it out the park. Very communicative the entire day, went above and beyond. For example, the basement had holes in the dirt and was generally unsafe and they completely levelled it out. I don't feel like I'm going to sprain my ankle walking down there now haha! - Communication was great- it was a little bit bumpy, but everyone worked together to solve it with absolutely no hassle. - Financing was also perfect for my needs. Other companies were offering ludicrous interest rates and pay off time, Greensky was the perfect option for me. Seriously, 10/10 and my house finally is smelling good again. All seems to be working well down there too, we've had a severe storm come by and it was clear.

My house is an older home. Rich & team were very responsive when issues came up. When the water supply shutoff valve to house got damaged during jackhammering of basement floor, they went the extra mile to help get valve repaired. Very dedicated & professional team. As first test of waterproofing effectiveness, when rain from remnants of hurricane Laura recently came, basement stayed dry.

It took a crew of 4 about 11 hours to complete the process. They dug a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement, installed the drainage system and sump pump. They tested it to make sure everything was working properly.

Best Buy did a great job replacing my roof and waterproofing my basement! They came the next day, covered all of my furniture, brought tarps for the floors and when they were done, it was professionally cleaned up like I didn't have any work done! They brought a dumpster for debris when doing my roof and I have never had a company pay so much attention to detail! I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in the basement wall when it rained. The guys did a great job of finding the issue and making the needed repairs. The wall looks great and no more leaks! Great customer service and friendly and helpful staff. I’ll definitely go with them again if I need any other repairs!

Best Buy Waterproofing just completed my roof, waterproofing our basement, and remodeled the basement. First class organization from the owner, sales rep, to the crew! They made sure every process of the job went smoothly and cleaned up after each phase. They took care of my house like it was theirs and we really appreciated that. We know that construction can be a messy job, however they brought drop clothes, covered everything in plastic, and when doing the roof they had a dumpster that was brought on site! I can’t say enough about this company as it’s hard to get a company now a days just to show up and Best Buy was on time everyday and they provided a survey at the end of the job to make sure we were completely satisfied! I will refer your company to anyone who is looking for a roof and Waterproofing their basement!

The crew began the work on Wednesday, July 17 and finished it on Friday, July 19, 2019. The team, composed of the foreman, John Kolinsky, Tony White, John Kolinsky, Jr., and Teno, arrived promptly on the first day and each subsequent day. They worked without pause for eight to nine hours and accomplished a significant amount of work each day. Each member of the team clearly knew what their responsibility was and performed it with precision and accuracy. They were polite and professional in their interactions with us. Mr. Kolinsky managed the team with expertise. He responded to the hundreds of questions my parents and I posed with patience, even though he had to repeat the same information more than once. He walked us through the area and explained each step. I very much appreciated the fact that he and his team were willing to accommodate my 90-year-old father’s constant presence, questions, recommendations, and comments. They made him feel that he had control over what was happening to his property and I very much appreciate their thoughtfulness and patience. In addition, they kindly accommodated our requests for space, internet access, walk throughs, etc. Due to the very quick turnaround on the job, we were not able to move the oil and water tanks, limiting the crew’s ability to waterproof the wall behind the tanks. Mr. Kolinsky explained our options to us and, after coming to agreement with Rich to share the cost of any potential future water damage from the wall behind the tanks, we agreed on a resolution, which they implemented. They completed the entire project in three days, within the highest standards of professionalism, timeliness, and quality. They left the basement clean and in great shape. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Kolinsky and his team. It is very difficult to have your basement completely taken over, dug out, and redone. It is especially hard when you are older, unaware of what may or may not happen, and feeling vulnerable after damage to your basement. Mr. Kolinsky and his team truly made the process seamless and painless and for that I can’t thank them enough. It is because of the work that Mr. Kolinsky and his team did that I would recommend Best Buy Waterproofing without reservation.
