Barb Seely

On 8/8/12, we put our house up for sale. We used L&F's Barbara Seely as our Agent.  She was very responsive in getting our business and was able to sell the house... BUT, its all the little things that make trying to sell your house a very trying experience for the seller.  Barbara did a fair job representing us. We had so many questions, trying to get a response from Ms. Seely we found she was being bothered by us.  When we called her, she acted as she was always busy & in a rush.  She did not give us the time to answer our questions.  We used Remax to sell & buy our old & current house and their agents treated us with kid gloves, always having the time for our questions.  Days before the buyer's settlement on our house (11/15/12), we found ourselves calling Ms. Seely on the details for the meeting, while she should have been informing us on what to bring & expect.  A home inspection by the future buyers made our home seem like it was on its last leg.  I do not think Ms Seely advise us in our best interest, like recommending a home warrantee to satisfy the concerns of the buyer.  Any additional costs wanted by the buyer at settlement was not coming out of her pocket.
