"[member name removed] was not specific in regards to the way he felt that we tricked him on the oil change. There are additional costs with an oil change such as shop supplies and hazmat fees. There are non standard oil filters and synthetic oil that cost more than standard oil and filters. We will call [member name removed] and attempt to reconcile any miscommunications on our end. We value [member name removed] feedback and look forward to servicing him again."
