AutoStream Car Care Center is proud to be local, family-run auto repair shop in Columbia, MD that has been serving Columbia and the surrounding communities since 1999. We're AAA Approved, RepairPal Certified, and have professional, ASE Certified mechanics who work on all makes and models of cars, trucks, SUVs, minivans and hybrid vehicles. The Autostream staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about hybrids in fact they are consider experts in my book. They knew more about hybrids than any auto shop that previously looked at the car. They fixed the problem and I was elated. Thanks Autostream.
Description of Work: I needed a true and accurate diagnoses of a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. After paying hundreds of dollars for repairs that did not fix the real problem. After taking the car to several Honda dealerships that could not seem to figure out what the problem was. It was only after I had the car towed to Autostream, that the real problem was found.

Customer service was good but that is all. They ripped me off for $1,300 for something that did not need to be done.
Description of Work: Said I need all my fluids flushed out in my car. Told them to do it and the car made it 16 miles down the road and broke down. IT NEEDED A NEW MOTOR

They did all the work they were supposed to but tricked me into buying more expensive oil than I needed

[member name removed] was not specific in regards to the way he felt that we tricked him on the oil change. There are additional costs with an oil change such as shop supplies and hazmat fees. There are non standard oil filters and synthetic oil that cost more than standard oil and filters. We will call [member name removed] and attempt to reconcile any miscommunications on our end. We value [member name removed] feedback and look forward to servicing him again.
