I just dropped it off on a prior Saturday and left it with them. They did not get to it until Thursday and promised me I would have it back Friday evening but I did not get it back until Saturday. They did not accomplish what I wanted them to accomplish , they were late and they did not communicate. I am not happy with the cost and I think it is exorbitant, but I think their issue overall was they did not entirely fix what I asked them to fix. I was blown off and not made a priority, especially after leaving my vehicle with them a week. By the time they got to my car they did not have enough time to accomplish what they needed to accomplish.
