It has been over 2 or 3 years since I used them (maybe longer). I just wanted to let you know that hey are no longer at the address shown.

When I brought in the lamp, I was given a receipt ticket and told that the repair person only worked on Tuesday but would call within a week or two to give me an estimate. After about 3 or 4 weeks of not hearing from them, I called. Somehow they had misplaced the repair ticket and it had not been looked at yet. About 10 days later, they called to say it would cost $350 to repair, a price to which I agreed. About two weeks later, they finally called back again to say that they could not do the repair because there was "not enough room inside to run the wiring." I later learned that the lamp had European wiring and both the wiring and sockets needed to be replaced. I guess Annapolis Lighting was not up to doing the job. I would not have minded so much had they not lost the lamp until I called them looking for it and had not kept it for six weeks before making this determination.

I purchased a $240 ceiling light 14 months ago, so when several of the light sockets on it suddenly stopped working (assuming the warranty had expired), I expected to be stuck paying to repair it. I brought the lamp (and my receipt) back to store to see if they could repair it. A quick assessment found that the wiring internal to lamp had shorted. I was told the repair work would be done in 7 days and at no cost to me. They called in 5 days to say it was ready! This just reaffirmed the value in shopping at a store like this where the sales staff are well informed about the product that they sell and the store stands behind its product. They can do a wide range of repair work on site, so you can discuss the problem with the staff. As an aside: this and other light fixtures that we bought were cheaper here than places like the Home Depot and Great Indoors. This place actually has customer service that counts. Also has stores in Rockville and Annapolis.
