On Saturday, I sent an email from their website (a 5% discount for mentioning the website) requesting an appointment. Monday morning, I received a call from Beth and we discussed the approximate cost, what I could expect and the estimated time involved. She was fantastic to work with and very polite and professional. I made an appointment for the following day. Mr. Hare arrived a few moments early and quickly started inspecting the entire house. I followed him and he explained some miscellaneous items we should consider doing to our 53 year old house; you know, little things that would make it better. He not only told me we could do the work as planned, but he also took me me into the attic and explained to my why we could do it. The written report we received later in the week thoroughly explained all his findings and was not limited to the initial reason for the visit. The report is very easy to read (both technical and layman's terms) and several items referenced the photographs that were included. Although I was initially quoted $600-$1200 for the service; he only charged me $361 since he did not have to draw up plans for reinforcing the house. His bill (due at the end of the inspection) broke down the specific costs (travel time, inspection, report, photographs). I was very pleased with his thorough nature and professionalism. He even thought of a suggestion for us after he left and called me to pass his thought along! Great service!

The engineer arrived on time and was very professional. We received the completed report very quickly and it included a detailed repair plan. We were also very pleased with the follow-up inspection and report.
