+ -1 morePat and her team were extremely though and diligent in completing our mortgage. In our case, the title company did not complete all the paperwork, but Pat managed to catch the mistake and correct it before our lock expired! Our lock would have probably expired if it wasn't for Pat looking at all the details.
Description of Work: Worked with Pat to refinance the primary mortgage on our house. Pat managed to get us a great rate even though the mortgage broker we used when we originally bought the house couldn't help us out. Pat is straightforward, extremely thorough and efficient with great attention to detail. Great qualities in a mortgage broker!
