Better than expectation

The unit was delivered more or less on time. It was placed precisely where we wanted it. It was very clean and weather-proof. It was moved to our new house when we requested. And, after we emptied it, it was promptly removed from our property. Very simple. Very helpful.

We used this service to move our home. The company dropped off a container, moved it, and picked it up. The company was very helpful on the phone, and the delivery driver was top notch. Very competitive pricing, much better than what we were quoted from some other companies, but still excellent service. The driver called ahead to confirm delivery, pick-ups, placement, etc. The driver was always right on with his time estimate. He didn't give time windows, he gave exact times, and was always within 5 minutes of that time. I will always use this company!

When they delivered and took the POD away, a lot of damage was done on my landscaping. They told me there was no other way the POD was able to be delivered/taken away. Also, they showed up on a later day than they were supposed to when they picked up the POD, which caused me problems. I also asked them if there were any limitations/issues with the county with having the PODs in the area that I live prior to working with them, and they told me there wouldn't be any problems, but that was not the case. I had a problem with the county and was sited. If I had known that, I would’ve made other arrangements. They were supposed to bill me on a monthly basis, but that didn’t happen, either.

The service was fine overall. It was a fairly easy process; they showed up when we needed them to for both the initial delivery and the final pick-up.

They’re great! Both times, we were trying to make the deadline so we wouldn’t have to pay for another month. They were incredibly accommodating and were here the next day to save us another month’s rent. They’ve been responsive, have a fair price, and we’d use them again if needed!

We set up the appointment through Angie's list. Then confirmed the appointment by phone a few days before the delivery. The container was delivered to our neighbor's driveway, in preparation for our construction project. Not only were they on time, but 15 minutes early! How refreshing. The delivery person lifted the container off of his truck, with his crane, onto her driveway. It took a total of 15 minutes. Extremely professional and quick. Great experience.
