THE COMPANY IS AVERAGE. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER FIRST PHONE CALL THERE WAS A SERVICE FEE TO PAY TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. THEY TOLD US WHAT THE FEE WOULD BE AND THAT IS WHAT WE PAID, BUT WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE IT IN THREE OR FOUR TIMES SINCE THEN.

WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THEY WERE FAST AND COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD OUR COMPUTER BACK THE SAME DAY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF WE EVER HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM.
