OVERALL, THE MOVERS WERE CHEERFUL, OBLIGING AND CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE WHEN I WAS THERE. MY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE FURNITURE HAD TO BE STORED. THE DAY OF DELIVERY, I WAS ALONE AND COULDN'T INSPECT THE FURNITURE PROPERLY. THERE WERE NUMEROUS SCRATCHES MADE WHEN THEY WERE LOADING AND UNLOADING FROM THE WAREHOUSE, AND I MISSED SEEING THIS. A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL FROM THE MOVING COMPANY WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD. AT THE TIME I DID FILL OUT A REPORT, AND GRADED THEM VERY GOOD. NOW I WOULDN'T HAVE.
