The estimation process was quick and straightforward.  However, for some reason, the estimator apparently did not notice the water damage to the baseboard of the wall and therefore did not include baseboard repair in his estimate.  When this problem became apparent as the repair work began, it was necessary for the repair foreman to take some pictures and transmit them to the estimator.  I was relieved when the repair foreman advised me that they would also perform the baseboard repair, which was not in their estimate, at no additional cost.  Also, when I pointed out a large stress crack in the wall that I had only recently noticed, and which was not encompassed in the estimate because it was unrelated to the hurricane, they agreed to repair that crack at no additional cost.  They also repaired several unrelated nail pops at no additional cost.  The quality of all of their work was well above standard.
The work was completed in less than a day.  Once done, I pointed out some minor paint touch-ups and clean-ups that were necessary and they immediately apologized and jumped on these problems.  Overall, while not perfect (and no contractor is ever perfect), the overall quality of this company's work and communication are EXCELLENT.
