I would never use this company again. No phone calls before treatments throws items in your yard off to the side. Tore up my yard several times around it. Had aeration already done one week prior. They did it again without talking to me first. Just terrible customer service

Bad business policies. I have a big lawn that have areas with steep slopes. The slope calls for manual treatments. I paid for the whole year package. After one of the treatments, I noticed that their techs did not treat the slopes. One of my family members who was also home at that time confirmed that the techs never worked on those areas. Upon complaining, they were not ready to listen and kept arguing with me that it was treated. Dont care for their customers at all.

They take care of the health of the lawn. They do that once a month during the growing season. They do a great job.

They pull up in front, sprinkler the seed, and leave. We paid for an entire year of service upfront and I think it was like $750. They did answer my phone calls.

 Performed Aeration and Seeding on 8/31/2015. This was during the period of drought and high temps in the area(21043). Aeration machine tore up areas of good well established sod, and had minimal impact in other ares that were too hard for the machine to function properly. Some areas of my property that receive more shade made out better. I was told by Agrolawn (Pat) that a tech would be back to the property that afternoon when I brought this problem to his attention. I was having a meeting at my house later that day for about 14 people, so I never left the house. No one came by that day or for the week following. I spent 9/1/15 in my yard doing the repairs and watering my property for the following days to salvage the upside down turf caused by the aeration machine. All I wanted was support and follow-up on 8/31-9/1. Instead Pat just wanted to disagree with a  customer for years, and insist the job was taken care of. Digital pictures taken on 9/1, the day after Pat claimed his tech fixed my front yard, show a different result. After spending 5 weeks plus sending messages and pictures, I have yet to meet any employee  from AGROLAWN at my house! I can attach picures to show examples of the damage caused by the $310.00 aeration performed by this company. The pictures were taken on 9/1, the day after Pat said his tech fixed the front yard problem. I want to deal with companies that understand what customer service means. I believe AGROLAWN lacks in this area!

It is about $120 each time. They are largely good but there are occasional times when I am not satisfied with coverage for the aeration and I've had to have them back. It is not every time but it is not perfect. The price is about average. I am still using them.

Every time they come out to do something you can get coupons, they send coupons out with it. You can go online and get five dollars off and at the end of the year they will do the over seeding and everything--they give you another coupon for that. We've been seeing some improvements but some spots are still there. We've tried them and they seem like they're pretty reliable. You call them and they'll come out and look at it. The other one's we've tried they just say they're gonna do that and then they give a whole list of stuff and I guess the one we've picked is the cheaper one but they pretty stand by behind it and everything.
