Adrienne Felton

Adrienne gave us a lot of information right from the start. She gave us a realistic expectation of what was to come, and then she started asking us for what kind of things were important to us. That very night, I started receiving emails with listings for us to look at. Eventually we narrowed each batch to around three or four properties that we'd go visit in person. At each, Adrienne would point out strengths and weaknesses in a very objective manner. When we found one that we absolutely fell in love with, Adrienne helped us formulate an offer, and also to negotiate. She deal with the seller and seller's agents in a most commendable manner. She was always in constant communication, and always kept me informed as to what papers needed to be signed and what upcoming deadlines were. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
