I made an appointment for 9:00 on Saturday. They didn't show up. It was raining so I thought that was the reason. However, they also didn't call to cancel. I called them and re-scheduled for the following Saturday at 9:00. Again they didn't show up and didn't call to cancel. This time weather was not an issue. I didn't call them or re-schedule the work. Being inconvenienced and disappointed twice was enough.
