A-1 ROOFING SVC

We got a prompt estimate and about 2 weeks later a crew showed up to install the gutter covers only to declare they weren't experienced enough for the pitch of our roof. 3 weeks alter one person showed up, dropped off materials and announced he had to leave after a cou0ple of hours-no others showed up to work, three weeks later a crew came on the third visit on a Sunday morning and did the installation. we have to wait for a heavy rain to determine the quality of the work but the scheduling and oversight leaves much to be improved.

I originally purchased an Angie's special minor roof repair to be performed by A-One. It took me at least six phone calls before the owner called me back to set up an appointment. When he finally showed up he said my damage was not minor and it could not be repaired that day. He set up an appointment to come back and give me an estimate. He showed up late, got up on the roof, and talked to me about the repairs that were needed. He gave me an approximate price of four to five thousand dollars, and said he would send me a written estimate as soon as he got back to his office. I never heard from him again. I waited two days and contacted several other Angie's roofing contractors.
