Overall went really well. In a rush to replace my carpet to put my house on the market and after giving up on Empire Carpet and Luna, I called Osmand late on a Wednesday night for a next day appointment. Osmand not only arrived on time, but early with plenty of samples to show. He was very professional and easy to work with. Osmand, took off his shoes, walked around my house and measured the rooms that needed carpet. He then provided me with samples of what to chose from. After making my selection, he tried to rush the order to have it installed the following day. While he was not able to schedule next day, he worked to ensure it was installed the following morning as early as possible. I would def. use this company again. I checked with a local carpet store I had used before, I also checked with a big chain home improvement store. Neither would install carpet that I supplied. I looked in my local phone book under carpet installation and found 111 Carpets was nearby. I called and spoke to Mr. Osmand who I later learned is the manager. He said he would take the job and could do it some time soon when he already had installers in the area working on a large job. He gave me a price quote over the phone for padding plus installation of padding and our carpet.
The next day Mr. Osmand stopped in, double-checked my measurements of the family room, and inspected the carpeting I was supplying. Everything was OK and he said the job could be done the following day when the installers finished another job in the area.
The next afternoon I got a call from Mr. Osmand to let me know the installers would be late as they still had much work to do on the large job they had that day. That was OK with me as I knew my job was very small and not one very many people would want to bother with.
The installers arrived late in the day and immediately went to work, removing the old carpet and padding, cleaning the area, then installing new padding and our carpet. They worked quickly and efficiently, doing a very nice job. Mr. Osmand stopped in and stayed through much of the job making sure everything was being done as had been requested. When finished they cleaned everything up and the room looks great!
Mr. Osmand and his installers were very professional. I don't know if they would normally do a small job like this unless it was nearby, but based on my experience I would strongly recommend 111 Carpets for your carpeting needs.

In both cases, their price was much much lower than the other estimates I got. No complaints. When I called Osmond the second time, after a three year gap, he was able to remember my name and where the apartment was - three years later!
