Fabulous! I've used them before, and I will definitely use them again. The repairman was Jose. They were always on time, and they call you a night before they come. They were dependable, reliable, and professional. They do a great job, and provide excellent service with a very reasonable price.

It went fine. Very good work. No problems. They were very smart.

This was the second time within a month that I used this company. Cris came on time. He covered his feet, removed the eyeball lights and installed the two new LED trim lights. His price included the LED trims. He mentioned that the trim glow would be brighter than the other eight lights over my sinks. Soon after he left, I replaced the four bulbs over each of my sinks so that the glow would match the new LED trims. There were a few adjustment problems, but Cris handled them. He did a good job.

Outstanding, Cris, the certified technician, fixed my problems. I had a problem with one of my two puck lights for years. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Because I wanted the 2 pucks to match, I needed both replaced. There was not a lot of working room because of my crowned molding. Cris was able to replaced the 2 puck lights with new ones & install the new outlet that I provided. Because I didn't have the 2 new pucks, Cris got on his phone & searched for at least 20 minutes to find them. He did. He went to get them & returned the same day to finish the job. The price I paid included labor & 2 new puck lights. I thought the price was more than fair. Again, he did an outstanding job.

They did an excellent job . The electrician was on time and very professional. prices are reasonable. I will use them again.

Jose was very polite, professional and reasonable. I would use this company again. He went over and beyond trying to diagnose the problem and was able to fix the issue. After fixing the problem, he thoroughly explained what happened and did his best to make sure it doesn't happen again all the while explaining the steps he took to fix it. The price he quoted was the price we paid and he didn't try to overcharge or add any unnecessary charges.

Not only did they show up within 45 minutes of me first calling, they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it right away at an extremely reasonable price.

This job went incredibly well!! Jose confirmed some of my electrical concerns and pointed out a specific concern I needed to address...exposed wiring on the outside of the house. Two other electrical companies had been here and had not brought that to my attention. He arrived on time performed the job and completed it in a timely fashion.

This company responded immediately. Jose went over and above to make everything absolutely right. I would also like to comment about his integrity. I asked him if he wanted some side projects, and he said, “it’s a family business. We don’t do that.” I cannot overstate what a good company this is. Honestly I don’t think they charge enough. Not just for the work, but the reliability and confidence things are getting done right and on time. If you need an electrical job done right and on time, you cannot go wrong with this company.

Cris and his apprentice, William, arrived precisely on time. Cris quickly diagnosed the problem that caused the power to die in one room by identifying a short on an overloaded outlet in another room. When he left one hour later he had: * replaced the outlet * cleaned out and replaced damaged wires * rewrapped several inches of old cloth-and-wax wiring with thermal plastic * restored the power to the affected rooms Cris left me with short-term advice to prevent the problem from repeating. He also priced moderate-cost upgrades (adding new, dedicated circuits for the AC units, $400 for one and $700 for the other) to definitively stop the problem for the future.

They did an outstanding job! I will recommend them and use them, again.

This experience started out on a good note by talking to Victor on the phone prior to setting up an appointment, as he gave me excellent information regarding the Ring Doorbell!! My appointment today was excellent!! Victor and Jose were extremely professional, asking me how I wanted things at each step of the way on both the TV and Ring Doorbell. They went above and beyond to help setting up my TV with the universal remote I had, as well as the Fire Stick, in addition to putting the wires behind the wall and mounting the new TV. I highly recommend you hire True Electric if you have a need for electrical services in Maryland or Virginia!!!

True Electric are true professionals! Recently I was in need of some major electric work and upgrade (Heavy-Up, New Electrical Panel install and Cable Fishing). I found myself reading a lot of internet posts and reviews from companies and after having four estimates I decided on the True Electric. They were truly great, from there customer service to there professionalism in my home. (Chris) the lead electrician on the job was respectful and answered all my questions on the spot while working. I was also impressed that several other electricians came to assist to finish ahead of time. I have to say True Electric deserves 5 stars and I’d highly recommend them for any jobs others might have. True Electric was awesome from start to finish. I got a couple of estimates but decided to go with True Electric. I'm really glad I did. Chris was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He cleaned up after the work was completed and answered all the questions I had. The receptionist for their company was amazing as well. She made sure that I knew everything I needed to do for the inspection. I will absolutely be using their services again.

The service that Victor and his team provides is exceptional. He is very profesional and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. True Electric did an excellent job, they took their time and did everything nicely. They did not make any holes, other companies told me holes were necessary to get the job done. They cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend to everyone!
