Everything went well , from start to finish. The workers showed up on time, well equipped and very professional. Mr Templeton oversaw the job at every stage and even came back after the job was completed, to make an adjustment. The quality of workmanship was very high and the appearance of the finished product was outstanding, to say the least. We have received soo many compliments and as a result, Mr. Templeton has been given two ( 2 ) references.
What more can i say, it was a pleasure doing bussiness with Franklin and Templeton Roofing!

.I live in a townhouse and needed to replace the roof singles as well as the underlying plywood. Even though this repair was several years ago, I feel compelled to write this review because it was such a positive experience. I was referred by a neighbor who used them for her roof. The main reason I went with them was price. Living in Columbia you can get gouged by skyrocketing costs, most of my neighbors spent $6000 using other companies, I spent half which included not only shingles but the plywood also. They showed up on time, took care to place tarps over the front and back yards, completed the work in one day, and cleaned up appropriately. The owner was not there most of the day but did call in the morning and came by right as the team was cleaning up to ask if I was happy with the finished product. Yes, I am happy - its been 7 years and not one leak or problem with the construction

I dealt with the younger Mr. Templeton. He was pleasant, polite, explained things clearly, and did everything he said he would in the time frame he said he would.
The work is neat and is exactly what they promised. We were charged exactly what the estimate stated.
Hurricane Sandy delayed their work but they kept in touch with me as their schedule progressed. They arrived promptly on the day they said they would, they worked quickly and neatly. Our roof was replaced and restructured in one day.
They left the final bill in my mailbox but called the next day to make sure we were happy with the job and to answer any questions we had.
Very pleasant experience.
