 + -1 moreThey were great!!! They called me several hours after I put in an inquire and they came out to look at it that afternoon. He was able to close it for me for the evening, went and got the parts the next morning and had it fixed and up and running by the following afternoon. His price was extremely reasonable. $600 less than the other guys quoted me.
Description of Work: My truck slid down my driveway into the bottom two panels of my garage.

 + -1 moreCouldn't have been better. It was a simple problem, and he solved it over the phone. No charge. Those who are honest in a few things will be honest with many things. Finally, I found an honest man.
Description of Work: This company is amazing. Use them. I finally found an honest man, and it is a great feeling. I called on a Saturday at noon saying I couldn't get the garage door to open or close without the lights flashing and the control box making a clicking sound. The man on the phone told me to look at the safety lenses that send a beam from one side to the other. I found that the control wire on one of them was disconnected. I reconnected it and the door worked immediately. He could have faked it, driven to my home and charged me a bundle, but he didn't. It's nice to talk with an honest man!

Description of Work: My garage door was hit by some unknown person. It could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The door had to be ordered, and when the door arrived, the owner of the company Ben installed it. Ben was great, in fact the garage door was better than before.

 + -1 moreBen arrived a little late after completing a large job elsewhere. He came the same day that I called. So that was still great! He charged me only for the service call. He also advised me that the springs should be replaced sometime when I can afford it. Generally, it was a pleasant experience and I learned how garage door openers work! I will definitely call this company again when I need help.

 + -1 moreBen was very responsive from the time I asked for an estimate to the final delivery of the remote control. This was a brand new installation so both the contractor who installed the wooden posts and I had many questions about what was necessary to hang the garage door. While this was not always clear, Ben was always willing to answer questions and even come to my property to meet with the contractor and me multiple times. Ultimately, I am very pleased with the job and I would use Ben's services again.
Description of Work: Ben installed a brand new garage door on a frame (no garage building.)
