 + -1 moreBraulio was recommended by an electrician doing work on the house, and although his work was basically fine, we were not overly thrilled. He didn't seal the pipe he installed the first time, and it was leaking, but he sealed it on his next visit at our request. Nothing really bad, just not someone I would call again.
Description of Work: He replaced an ineffective pump to route condensation from the AC unit, installing a new drain line over to a sump basin. He also reviewed notes from Gas Company about potential leak, but couldn't detect a problem, and didn't fix anything. He tracked down a new grill for the outside AC unit, and when he came back to install it he also sealed the drain pipe he had installed on his first visit. He also resealed the potential gas leak that he couldn't detect since we were continuing to smell gas.
