They came on time, were knowledgeable, responsive, professional and got right to work. They explained why what they were doing was going to work, and involved me as much as I wanted in the process. We also have 19 steps just to get to our house, and the equipment, although not light by any means (!), was small enough to be carried up all our stairs. Another company we contacted didn't have equipment small enough to navigate the layout of our house and yard.

We had a bee hive in our 2nd floor dormer.
The technicians came out for the first treatment, which they indicated may need to be repeated. The first treatment was only partially successful and they returned to reapply the treatment at no extra cost.
The technicians were very professional and we will be calling them again.

I have a pet, so they were very good at giving instructions on what to do with my pet. They did all the area which I asked to be treated. Their service was great, and I had a question afterwards as to exactly what the products they used for extermination and they referred me to material safety, so they were upfront and provided all the information I needed about the insecticide. I cannot comment on price because I don't remember. They did it on the day they were supposed to, and they actually leave a paper that has the date and time and the technician's name and what was performed and what areas were treated.

Rep came out and carefully walked property with my wife and myself. Took the time to understand that while we did not want to go insane with the chemicals because of 2 year old and a dog, that we wanted to ensure that we kept the creepy crawlies out to keep my wife happy. They suggested a blend of monitoring and proactive, child safe measures, that I am very happy with. They perform quarterly service and inspection of everything they put out.

The didn't try to sell me other services. They weren't pushing about coming back, like others do. They guarantee their work, which I find refreshing. I got the appointment quickly and they got here on time. They were nice and respectful. They assured me they use organic means to control the pets, so they're safe for my pets.

There was some follow up work to eliminate the beetle problem in which they stayed on top of. They take very good care of me and automatically schedule regular appointments with me so that this problem with the beetles never comes back.
