ADCOCK'S WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT

The job went very well. The technician was courteous and did a professional job in a timely manner. I am a repeat customer and would hire again.

Overall, not very well. Initially, we were very pleased with Adcocks. They came out, did the work, and seemed very professional. They even gave us a 5 year guarantee that nothing else would get into our chimney. Unfortunately, within about six months, we had squirrels getting in again. We called Adcocks and they came out and said that the squirrels had managed to pull up a corner of the cap that they had been put on and had gotten back in. Adcocks told us they would put out new traps and put a new cap on. It was at this point we began to really have problems with Adcocks. Adcocks did put out some initial traps out but after that they became very unresponsive. They would say they were going to come out and then near as we could tell didn't. They would give us excuses on why they had not taken care of the problem like the cap they had ordered for us was on backorder and was not being shipped because of the gas crisis. When we called they would either not return our phone calls or fob us off with promises they did not follow through on. We have been working on this problem for the last four months and we have yet to have the matter resolved. As a result of Adcocks not doing what they said, we have had to deal with periods of flies and other insects, from dead and decaying animals in the chimney, coming into our family room.
