Called for new package as mine was becoming too expensive. After many tries and phone calls a new triple play package was offered to me that helped a little. I was told, as in the past, that I could return to my old package within 30 days if I did not like the new one. It turned out some of what was promissed in the new package Verizon could not provide making the price higher than I liked. I asked to return to my old package as it was well within the 30 days. I was than informed that my old internet speed was no longer available. I now have slower internet speed. Verizon failed to keep their end of the agreement 2 different times. I am searching for ways to leave them ASAP.

My son went to the office with his i-phone and I was online and on my cell. I reviewed all plans, rates, discounts and services before I gave the ok to proceed with the plan and equipment.
