The salesman was knowledgeble and helpful. They were able to locate the vehicle in the color I wanted within two days. Everything with the sale went smoothly. The only complaint is that since my vehicle is a brand new model in 2014 they weren't able to complete the voice activation feature of my Bluetooth. They offered to assist with this if I would come back at a later date but I haven't had the time.

Scheduled maintenance and brakes service were great. Service advisor was great, same person we've had for years. Love him. Leadership at VM, or at least for Audi Service - not good at all. Our vehicles were not purchased at Valley Motors, but we had an extensive service history from the first vehicle we took there - and had no problems with the warranty for the vehicle. Second vehicle we took there for service, they wouldn't take our warranty any more. MaxCare - never had any problems with them paying. Their policy was to pay with a credit card when service was performed - BEFORE vehicle pick up - but Valley Motors refused the payment, wouldn't do the work for the check engine light and would not give us an explanation. If VM had had the vehicle we wanted, we would have purchased it from them - they didn't. We are - were - loyal customers for about 5-6 years. Probably not anymore, we don't like feeling like we've been punished just because the vehicle wasn't purchased there.

When I arrived, the service at the desk was good. They were able to look up my information and easily applied my prepaid maintenance package to my service. It was not complicated to have prepaid which I appreciated. I was led to a waiting room with a coffee maker and comfortable chairs which I appreciated as well and it was far away from the service area so was not dirty or full of fumes. The only draw back was that it took over an hour for the car to be done, even though I had an appointment and it was a simple and quick service.

While dealer services are more expensive than what you can find elsewhere, unless you are very lucky, it is difficult to find independent Audi service people, so I use Valley Motors. They have been consistently professional, punctual

The paint job is amateur, at best. The finish is not smooth, there is overspray on the trim and they did not wax/ polish an obvious are in the middle of the fender panel. The job too significantly longer than they originally stated.
I took my car to a Mercedes body shop because I had higher expectations for the quality of the work. In my book the work is either done correctly or not. In this case it was not. Because they had my car for much longer than expected I could not leave it there any longer for them to correct the work. I didn't even notice the extent of it until later.

I've bought two cars from them and have always had the cars serviced there. I have been very happy with their service and think their pricing is fair. I feel confident when I get my car back that the proper thing has been done. They don't try to do work that is unnecessary.

Issue #1; My 190 was wrecked and I had Valley do the repair and the paint didn't match. Issue #2 My 190 needed a warrantee radiator replacement and soon after the repair the trans began slipping. Valley told me the car must have been in a flood because the trans had water in it a d I neded to buy a new trans. I reminded them that they had recently replaced the radiator and the water incursion came from the sloppy repair where water contanimated the transmission cooler. issue #3; My SL600 had a suspension issue and I was charged a horrendous amount for the repair. I first stopped in the dealership on 24 July and was unable to find anyone. Literally. No receptionist, no sales people. I went in today and there were plenty of people there and only a brief wait for a salesperson. The sales person was knowledgeable and thorough. I was only moderately annoyed that he took a phone call without excusing himself while we were talking about the transaction. Getting the transaction done was another matter. As I expect most consumers do, I had my trade appraised both on-line and at CarMax before I started. I knew what new vehicle pricing should be through Consumer Report's. I asked for their best offer. What I got was a low ball offer on the trade-in and a very modest discount on the new vehicle. Not having time to play games, I thanked the salesman for his time, asked for my car keys back and then the fun began. I had to ask for the General Manager in order to get my keys back. The salesman actually became abusive and followed me into the parking lot being abusive. It was remarkable. I'm afraid they not only lost the sale, they've lost my service business as well.

My Husband is looking for a new car = we have it narrowed down to the Subaru Forrester and the Honda CR-V on 7/30 I went in to Valley Motors after work and met a sales person and explained that I was looking at the Forrester to see if it would be something my Husband would want to come test drive, after determining that yes it was my Husband went into the dealer in the morning of 8/3/10 and 8/4/10 and was COMPLETELY IGNORED BOTH DAYS!! On 8/3/10 he wandered around the lot looked at some cars,went into the showroom, and was told that the Subaru sales person was 'busy' and could not talk to him. So this AM he went back, went into the Subaru show room and not one single person acknowledged he was even there.. he said a few people were on the phone but the majority of the sales staff were in conversations with each other so he left.. I then called the dealership to speak to the sales manager and no one answered the phone.. I had to leave a message!! Sorry Valley you lost a sale - we are taking our business to Hertiage or Russell. Your loss their gain.

After 3 attempts to fix the windows, Valley Motors finally got the job done. The car was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. This car place was really good to me one time when I needed an urgent repair. They were just closing and they gave me a loaner with no questions asked. Still, I have yet to go to a car dealer who is totally honest.

I have been checking out used prices and dealers on 3 auto makes, Toyota, Honda and Subaru. I found the Subaru on the web with a great price. The salesman was not pushy. I took several older models for a spin and bought the Subaru. The overall experience was easy. It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the salesman went over the car specs with me instead of referring me to the manual.
