Went good had a bad controller that came with new unit. They trouble shot the controller, contacted manufacturer as well. Informed me of the defect and how to get new unit shipped. They are coming back to finish install at no extra charge once it arrives. Good people great job.

Extremely reliable! Called last minute and they were out the next day first thing in the morning! They carried all the parts needed on the truck and were on time! I would 10/10 use again!

It was a pleasure dealing with one hour heating and air. Operations manager came out on time, was very knowledgeable , explained everything he did. I'm very happy with the results. I will definitely use the company again for any heating or air conditioner issues.

Alex is awesome, came on time. Very knowledgeable, even know about my old Americans Standard boiler. He is familiar with the old and the new. I would recommend him to my family. The company live up to the name.

Ed came out on an evening over a holiday weekend, and was very professional. He quickly assessed the problem which needed a part to be ordered, but managed to rig the system to allow us to have heat until the part came in. Ed served us very well and if Ed is representative of all of the One Hour Heating team, I highly recommend them.

I can say I wanted to have my heating and air condition installed by BG&E. I came across this name and looked at the reviews, they are excellent. I had both units installed in Nov. and called them for something and they came right out the same day and returned my call within 5 mins. They came out and stated all over again because I'm a dummy :) when it comes to this. Nothing was wrong it was just me but having them come out to explain in detail was great. They are not like other business want your biness take you money and do not want to revist what they have done. They will call you back and come out if needed. I feel so much better I can sleep great at not and glad I picked them. Thanks Mr. Alex, Mr. Ed and the entire team for all your excellent service. Very, Very Happy Customer. Ms. Valentine
