Pleasant staff but not particularly detail oriented.
Cleaning products provided by the service were not  desirable - too drying to wood surfaces. 
Cleaning of tile floors was consistently inadequate.
When items were damaged or broken, ownership was prompt to offer a remedy.

Used this service prior to signing up with Angie's list. They started out great and at a reasonable cost. After a short period of time the cleaning wasn't as good, I spoke with the owner who said my standards were too high and that I needed to buy more time, I did. Service was good again, for awhile. I called owner again and said I wanted a different team to clean my home. I was accommodated, again service was good for 1 week when I was told again that my standards were to high and I needed to buy more time. Not this time, I'm looking for a new service.

House had not been cleaned well for months due to illness. Two women showed up right at scheduled time. Started working immediately and spent 2.5 hrs cleaning top to bottom. Ceiling fans, windows, appliances, everything ! I was very very pleased with the results! Will use them again for a property I will be listing soon. Oh, and they were not at all bothered by my dog which was also a huge plus.

My experience with them has been positive for about three years now. They come every other week. They are highly professional. Their price seems reasonable. I have been using them for a few years now, so I would continue to use them.

They are very, very good but they are very, very expensive, like most national housecleaning companies. They really did a good job. They found dirt we did not even know existed! Their employees were very courteous. They had one problem employee that disappeared. They are bonded and I never had anything stolen. I think they threw something away once but they would not do anything about it as I never caught it red-handed.

I used Molly Maids in December for a deep cleaning. The house was really in need. Two ladies came and worked for three hours leaving our home was left spit spot! It smelled clean and the furniture, floors, bathrooms, kitchen shone. After such a great first cleaning, I only needed some help with the first floor of the house and asked them back for one hour in January. Again, all of the rooms were cleaned to shinning and smelling fresh.I paid $80 an hour. The ladies came on time and worked professisonally until everything was done. You can request a specific job to be done as well. I am thrilled with the service and will use them whenever I feel I need help getting my home as clean as I like it to be.

They do a good job and they are very efficient. They keep us informed about what they have done and when their next visit will be. We appreciate their service and will continue to use them in the future.

I was using the company The Maids and they started creeping up the prices on me, so I got a competitive quote from Molly Maids. Actually, the house was better with The Maids than it is with Molly Maids. I just have not been able to find someone else to come in. I would like to replace Molly Maids. I do not think that they do a great job. The work is mediocre.

They are consistent in terms of quality and I don't even have to check up on them. They are professional, outstanding and definitely worth the money. When I come home after they clean my house, it is like a new house. It is so clean.

My home smells and looks clean every time. They have always been very kind and helpful with tending to any changes I might have to make in my schedule or if I ever want to add-on services. The service is consistently on schedule and caters to our needs.

We recently terminated our service with Molly Maids due to their repeated mistakes and lack of accountability concerning our home security and animal safety. Their cleaning service was fair. While it was not as thorough at times as we would have liked, we do have three animals which makes cleaning a challenge at times. Therefore, when we noticed that things were not as thorough as we would have liked, we rationalized that nobody is perfect and overall the job was good. Our main disappointment was the fact that, on more than one occasion, they left the front door to our home OPEN(ajar)and they did not latch our back gate properly, allowing our dog to escape. The last time this happened, I spoke to one of the cleaners who insisted that they did nothing wrong (that our front door was already open, which was untrue). Additionally, when I spoke to the owner about the situation (multiple times), I received a very terse response and no accountability for her employee's actions.
