The crews that cut our lawn are very nice and professional. MJM does not nice job juggling our schedule. I can call them a day or two ahead of our next cutting to postpone if it doesn't need a cutting.

The price was reasonably within range of other quotes we recieved. The work was completed on schedule and all aspects were finished according to prioir agreement. MJM has been easy to deal with and responsive. They have continued to mow our lawn as needed and do not mow (or charge) when it's unecessary but continue to mow "on time" when the grass gets long. We have been happy with MJM and would have no reservations recommending their services to others.

When I called they were able to initiate service promptly. Did a very good job the first week, but in later weeks the work was variable. One issue was that the leave-behind service statement included work that wasn't done (e.g., blowing off patios). There was no extra charge being made for such items, but it was an annoyance, as was the variability of when service took place (different days/times of day). We ended service when, in October with leaves on the ground, we asked if they would start cleaning those up, and were told not until November.

"FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MEMBER FOR HIS BUSINESS. WE SERVICED THE MEMBER PROPERTY 4 TIMES. WE RECEIVED THE GO AHEAD AND I INFORMED THE MEMBER THAT WE WOULD DO THE FIRST MOWING ON TUESDAY, HOWEVER AFTER THAT HIS DAY OF THE WEEK WILL BE MONDAYS. HE AGREED. WE WERE AT HIS PROPERTY 9/04 8:15 AM, 9/10 8:05 AM, 9/17 8:00 AM AND 9/24 7:25 AM. WE TAKE PRIDE IN THE FACT THAT WE ARE ABLE PROVIDE PROMPT, RELIABLE SERVICE FOR THE PAST 16 YEARS. ON OCTOBER 1, WE WERE OUT AT THE MEMBER'S HOUSE FOR HIS WEEKLY MOWING SERVICE. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE DROUGHT HIS LAWN DID NOT NEED SERVICE SO WE SKIPPED HIS LAWN. THE MEMBER WAITED UNTIL FRIDAY TO ASK ME FOR A LEAF CLEANUP. HE AGREED THAT ON MONDAY THE LAWN DID NOT NEED SERVICING HOWEVER COULD WE DO A LEAF CLEANUP TODAY OR SATURDAY INSTEAD. I INFORMED HIM THAT UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF THE DROUGHT ALL OF MY EMPLOYEES WERE ALREADY FINISHED FOR THE WEEK. HOWEVER IF HE WANTED, ON MONDAY WE COULD BLOW OFF HIS PATIOS AND CHOP UP THE LEAVES WITH OUR MOWERS. I ALSO DID INFORM HIM THAT A FULL BLOWN LEAF CLEANUP COULD NOT BE DONE UNTIL NOVEMBER, OUR EQUIPMENT WAS NOT YET SET UP FOR THAT SERVICE. HIS RESPONSE WAS TO CANCEL SERVICE. THE MEMBER AT THAT TIME HAD HIS HOME ON THE MARKET AND POSSIBLY HAD AN OPEN HOUSE ON THAT WEEKEND. I WAS NEVER ONCE INFORMED OF ANY COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS THE MEMBER MAY HAVE HAD AGAINST MJM UNTIL HE POSTED IT HERE. MARK A MUSOLF, OWNER, MJM LANDSCAPING INC."

THEY TOOK OVER FOR OUR PRIOR COMPANY THIS YEAR, AND HAVE BEEN PERFORMING WELL. I HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WITH THEM AND THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. WE INTEND TO KEEP THEM FOR THE FUTURE.
