We have been using MJ Baltimore for several years, and have been quite satisfied with their work. They send a team of 6 or 7 cleaners, each with his or her own responsibility, and they do their work quickly and efficiently. Any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and professionally by Julissa. Occasionally when something is not to my standards, I easily resolve it at the next visit by leaving a note or by texting or calling Julissa. My concerns are always taken seriously and responded to professionally. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that my team doesn't come at a consistent time of day. I am usually able to find out when they are coming by texting or emailing Julissa or her assistant the afternoon before or the morning of my cleaning date, but sometimes the response is slow in coming. I like to have time to tidy up the house in the morning before they come, and also like to be out of the house so I am not in their way, so it's helpful to know when they are coming. (This is reflected in the grade of B for responsiveness. I didn't downgrade for punctuality because the team generally arrives within the window of time I have been told they will arrive.)

Julissa and her team are just amazing! I have been working with them for 5 years now and everything is always done on time and as requested. I am very particular & have always appreciated the care that is taken inside our home to make it clean and lovely. They are simply fantastic!!

Whenever I hire someone to clean my house they typically do a good job but, in my opinion, never as good as I could do myself. Julissa and MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services is the exception to this rule. My goodness, did they clean my house! Areas that were overlooked by other cleaning companies were spotless after MJ went through my house. I also liked how quick there were, completing a deep clean of my home in about 2 hours. I could not be more impressed. If there was a negative I'd say it was a little strange that a bed that had been made was remade for some reason but other than that, I would hire them again in a heartbeat and which I had the financial ability to have them come on a regular basis.

I would highly recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs! We do quite a bit of construction work on residential homes and replaced our previous cleaning crew with Julissa and her team. We've been working with Julissa for awhile now and we couldn't be happier. They are very professional, reliable and do an amazing job. You won't be disappointed with this company!

They are professional, timely and I am very comfortable with them in my home. They bring a large crew and complete the job thoroughly and quickly. I also had them do window cleaning and that also was a great job. I highly recommend them.

From the minute Julissa stepped in the door I felt like I was in the right hands. She was very professional and on time. We went through the whole house and she explained everything that would be done in each room and took very detailed notes to make sure it was communicated to her team. After the deep clean I walked into my house and literally shouted OMG! It smelled amazing and was the cleanest it has ever been. They were able to get things clean that I didnt know could be clean again! The detail and attention that was put into the cleaning was IMPECCABLE. The towels and toilet paper were folded as if I lived in a hotel. It looked like hotel service. They even cleaned my dog's food mat! When Julissa left my house she said once you have this done you will ask yourself why didnt I do this before and boy was she right! I cant wait for them to come back.

Julissa (owner) came out personally to give me an estimate and her pricing was reasonable. Her team always arrived on time and did an excellent job! They had great attention to detail and even changed the linens on all the beds. I highly recommend her services!!

I've been using MJ Baltimore Cleaning since 2010 when I first moved here. I have been really happy with them. First, they are reasonably priced, and I've not had a price increase in the eight years I've used them. Second, they bring a large team, so it is VERY efficient. I like that in 45 minutes, my large house is completely done. Third, they do good work. I always feel like my house is nice and clean . . .much better than I have ever experienced with a single person doing a large home. I have four and a half bathrooms, and that's a lot to do. Finally, they are soooo reliable. I've never, ever had them not show up. If there are any problems (like a snow day), they contact me well in advance and ask what will work best for me. They show up at the same time every week without fail. In addition, the owners are responsive. If you have a question, you can send a text, and they answer quickly. They are very warm and friendly people. Also, everyone who works for them seems extremely honest and trustworthy.

Excellent, the owner brought a crew of 6 people plus company management. The team was focused and professional in both manner and dress. They arrived and completed on time. The cleaning was bettter than expected as the service did little touches and details that I only started to see hours later. Highly recommend.

We interviewed and hired MJ Baltimore Cleaning Services in 2010 to clean my parents’ house and stayed with their service until my father’s passing this year (2018). They consistently have done a fantastic job of cleaning the house with such efficiency and attention to detail. They always arrive within the agreed-upon time frame and are friendly and courteous at each visit. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, dependable cleaning service.

The team (usually 4-6 staff) are efficient and divide up to get the work done.. They will , dust, vacuum, mop etc. all surfaces and, on occasion, move items to clean around or beneath. They have been responsive to limited special requests. Also, they will change beds if clean linens are provided and take all trash out of the house to the cans. They will use different cloths and cleaners as dictated by my appliances and surfaces. They do a very good job. They also will do one-time deep cleaning such as when you are cleaning out a room or getting ready to move. I have been very happy with the regular services I receive. My home has 3 bedrooms and one bath.
