My 20 year old grandfather clock stopped keeping accurate time. I thought it needed to be cleaned. When Nick came and removed the mechanism, he showed me the mechanism, due to my neglect, was shot. (I did not have the mechanism serviced as I should have). Nick took the time to show me what was wrong and how important preventive maintenance is. He did replace the mechanism and now the clock works like it should. If I need any other service, I will definitely call him again.
