We ordered multiple pieces of home office furniture. When the furniture arrived, there were multiple scratches on the desk top. Mark Downs first sent a man out to try TV repair the scratches in our home. When that was not successful, they ordered a new desk top and delivered and replaced the defective one without any problems. This was all handled very efficiently and promptly, to our satisfaction.
