Excellent work. Honest people- have been using them for years.

The detail was thorough and clean, with no missed spots or gunk left trapped in crevices. Wax application was swirl and streak free. Overall they did a really good job, but I've had detail jobs that were just as good or better for less money in the past (including at this same location).

Excellent job. Best detailing I've seen in a long time. They were very professional which is rare these days for a detailing shop. They even called me the day after to be sure I was satisfied. Impressive. A little pricey but they came through with the goods.

Still have the odor, but I think damage was significant. Not sure anything will work.

I waited which I knew would be a wait, expected the car to look fantastic, there were streaks on the windows, dirt along the cracks of the seats, bug guts still in the windshield, overall quality for what I paid I do not feel was fair. It was a newer clean car just purchased I really just wanted the wax and sealant but went with the whole package. The leather conditioning left streaks on the seats. And when you sit in them a greasy feeling on your hands. I also asked for estimates on paintless dent removal and interior repair and didn't get given either of them.

Everything went well, the detailer, Damon, did a beautiful job. I've been going to Diamond Detail for years now and I've never been disappointed. They always do a great job and their customer service is excellent.

dropped car off at 9:00. rode the light rail to town center. shop and had lunch. went back to detail shop. the car was ready. showed every detail of worked that had been done on car. it was perfect! do this every year and will always use diamond detail

I am a severe type "A" person especially about my cars. I detail my own cars as a hobby and consider myself a real "car guy." I was stressed to have any more disappointments about my fair weather, weekend, garage queen car. I trusted no one after the horrible overspray experience at a local body shop. Damon understood my plight and described exactly how the overspray would be removed. To my amazement, they NAILED IT! Perfectly smooth, clean paint with serious attention to detail. I had nothing to say when they were finished except, "thank you!" So, if you're insanely meticulous about your car and think you may be the only one who is, you're not alone. Diamond has a very large, bright and clean detailing shop. No amateur detailers here as they go through a 2 week training course (I heard) before they even begin to start working on cars there. They know their business and they proved it to me. NO regrets or worries, give them the chance to prove it to you as well. Tell Damon I sent you!!!

Better than I expected. A+ work. The the wax finish looked unbelievable, the paint transferred had been removed and the wheels and hub caps looked like brand new.

They detailed the Equus today. Looks like new. Excellent attention to detail. Obviously, I would recommend their services.

my car needed a good waxing which i am not very good at doing. love washing it but waxing is hard work. my paint looked dull and lifeless. I picked up my car and it has never look so beautiful! Diamond detail did a better job than i have had at other places in the past. The  people at Diamond Detail were very professional and friendly.
They really are more detailed than others and you can tell the must know what they are doing because the results are amazing! I will be bringing other car to them soon. Great Job!

This is the 3rd car I have had detailed by them in the past 3 months. Each has been completed far above expectations. For example, the first was a 2004 ACURA TL with a tear in the drivers seat and the wallet tear on the edge. For less then half of other estimates, Diamond wowed me with the results.(the tear was over 6" long) The cleanliness  and detail results allowed me to get top dollar on a trade. My wife's needed a clay bar and heavy clean up on the exterior with waxing and polishing and looks amazing. The latest vehicle was completed at less then 1/2 what the dealer wanted without waxing and polishing. On all vehicles, I removed all from inside the vehicle that was not attached. This helps them as they use low pressure air to get all the crevices clean. Great job and great people.

Car looks amazing! This was the first time I got the car detailed since I bought it 4 years ago, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. It literally looks like it did the day I first saw it on the showroom floor. I'll definitely be back again after next winter to make the car brand new again!
