They did service for my yesterday. I spent $465. They're very thorough, their pricing is good, their service is good and overall they are outstanding. I'd rather go to them than a Lexxus dealer.

I can't list thirty years of stories here. Suffice it to say that I bring all our family cars/trucks to Bobby. My husband has his small fleet of company cars maintained there too. I have bought many a used car--Bobby checked them out. They have prepared cars to 'go away' to college. They have maintained my mother's car till she stopped driving.
I have had many a stressed out call. I try to be nice but Brad (the ServIce Manager) is always nicer. No one calls to say that their car is running fine. Sometimes it is a crisis. I get told the problem and the price before anything gets done. Then I get retold,if it needs to be tweaked or I need something else. I learned a long time ago that they don't want to do unneeded work and that the work they do is dependable. It's the advice I really appreciate. One time we did have a kid's car that was unfixable and frustrating- Bobby took it hard. The dealer also did no better-- beware of cars from auctions.
You can't avoid a car 'event'. They can be nasty and stressful. If I am going to have to deal with one, I choose to have it with Bobby helping me. It's less crazy in the long run.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced but at the last minute I could not take the car in that day. They were courteous and I easily made another appointment. Babcock personnel provided transportation to and from their shop to my work place. They also have a mechanic who is very knowledgeable about Saturns. They were informative, quick, easy to deal with, and stayed in communication with me as promised.

They are very professional and I have used them a lot lately, among other things, because they are a lot less cheaper than the dealer and also because they are always able to solve whatever problems my cars has.
