AFFORDABLE GUTTER SERVICES

This company installed gutter covers on my house in 2005 at a cost of $420. They gave me a lifetime, no-clog guarantee that, should the gutters ever clog, they would be cleaned at no charge. I can't say I truly believed that they would carry through on it. In late September, 2008, we had a long, heavy rain. Water began pouring out of my gutters and sheeting down the front of my house. I called Bill and left a telephone message, not really expecting a return call. He called back within a couple of hours. I told him that I needed the gutters fixed asap, but that I was leaving on a nine day cruise two days later. He was very professional and told me that was not a problem. He said he would clean them while I was gone and leave me a note to say he had done so. I returned from vacation to find his note and clean gutters. It is so refreshing to know that there is a company like this. Things sometime go wrong but to me, it's how a company responds and how they make it right that really counts.
