I appreciate how John offered a thorough resolution to our mold problem. He not only worked efficiently to eradicate the mold but ensured there wouldn't be a repeat of the problem by removing all internal causes of leakage, waterproofing the basement and regarding the yard. He even offered to rebuild the basement. An amiable personality, he never failed to display courteous professionalism - even when the homeowner was less than cooperative.

MR PAUL SHOWED UP TO CHECK UNDER THE SIDING FOR PEST DAMAGE. HE COULD NOT GET THE SIDING OFF AND HAD TO RETURN WITH A SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE THE SIDING. UPON RETURNING HE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED THE SIDING IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER. FORTUNATELY HE COULD FIND NO DAMAGE TO MY HOME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE MR PAUL'S SERVICES AGAIN. MR PAUL WAS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR TO RESPOND TO MY PROBLEM. THANKS FOR RECOMMENDING HIM.
