It turned out to be a $1,700 visit, which I wasn't pleased with. Some of the services they recommended were on a list recommended by the maintenance manual. However, many of them weren't needed then. Automotive clinics make their money like that, especially with females. My wife didn't check with me and they charged her for at least two services that I know she didn't need.

I am fine with them. I am a regular member. I go to them whenever I need them. That is where I take my car all the time.

done quickly. As always, they wanted me to do extra service items costing nearly $1000. Did not take them up on it. New owners, definitely an improved atmosphere -- especially the speed with which the work was done.

I have been getting my oil change here for about 15 years on and off. I have always had a good experience and the services have been adequate. They have a coupon book that they sell which can be a good value for some depending on what services you need. They front desk staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

It was okay and there wasn't anything special. Their price is actually pretty poor. It was a little bit more than I thought it should have been.

They were pretty decent. They send out follow up emails, which is really good. It wasn't like they just took your money and said screw you. They wanted to know how it was doing and if I was having problems. They called to see how I was doing. They did a lot of follow up. They fixed the problems. It took a day or two. They were pretty fast and they didn't have a bunch of cars in there. They still send me emails and it's been a couple of months. They are really professional and really cool. They were really good. They send out little newsletters.

I went to Wiygul Automotive Clinic twice. I had a flat so I would have paid a million dollars to have it fixed. I was driving down the road and had a flat tire so I had to stop and what's interesting is that I had a flat just one week later after that. I was able t determine it was because I had been riding around in a place where they were building houses so it made sense. Both times they said there was a nail in the tires. Other than that, they were terrific. I will not use them again because I don't live there anymore.

They're great. It has been several years, because I don't own a car anymore. I now lease from dealership. But when I had my old Ford, they were great. They would take care of it. They're not too far from me, so I would drive over there, leave the car. They would give me a ride to the metro. I go to work. They call me and tell me what the problem was and what it would cost. I would either say, "Fix it" or "Don't" They were just lovely and charming. For some reason if I decided to stop leasing and go back to buying a used car I'd go back to them. The last time it cost me a huge amount because the car was dying. It was about $1500. The reason I sold the car was because it got to the point where it was costing more to maintain it than the car was worth and I didn't like it. I'm a little old lady and I never got the feeling that they were giving me a run around or kind of telling me that I needed something that I didn't need. They were just real honest brokers.

They are great. They were very timely and the cost was right. I have a lease that covers most of my regular maintenance. I got a nail in my tire, and instead of just making me pay or remove the nail they have a program there that you can pay. It was almost the same amount that came with a free removal, but also covered a couple of oil changes and something else and I could use it on my second car. They are always really nice, very responsive and they always send you different coupons and they will call you or remind you when you need to pick something.
