RC Duct Cleaning

They were very through . Explained exactly what they were going to be doing and asked if I had questions

The gentleman were nice and answered my questions.

My ducts were already clean, so I got no real value, Granted, that is not their fault. They gave me an anti-microbial spray and were 100% professional.

Was called and offered a discount price of $175.00 from $300.00 to have ducts cleaned and sanitized and dryer vent cleaned. Was called the day of service and advised that their tech had an emergency and could not make his appointment. I was advised that because they cancelled I was being given the duct sanitizing for free. And that my new price would just be $250.00. After a lengthy conversation about how this did not add up and a conversation with a manager I am told, the original price of $175.00 was reluctantly honored. So I guess no free service after all, but I was rescheduled for another day. After waiting at home for the techs to arrive for the second appointment I finally had to call and find out if they were coming. I was told that they were stuck in traffic and would be a little late. An hour later I get a call stating that they were in Silver Spring and were heading to my house ( in Alexandria VA) and that it would be about another hour and a half. Who would schedule a tech to go from Silver Spring to Alexandria at 1700 hours in the DC area? Needless to say I will find another company and this company “RC” will never get any business from me or anyone I know. Such a shame because I have had nothing but great service when selecting form Home advisor.

These guys were great. Very thorough, personable, and explained things.

The technician really did a wonderful job on cleaning my Air Ducts and Vents his customer service was right on point. We recommend this company to everybody.

seemed to be a bit over priced for a condo unit. But the tenant said the tech was very professional and they also sanitized the vents and ducts as well.

they did a wonderful job, informed me of unknown danger that was present that I did not see or know was there. I would hired them in an instance and recommend them HIGHLY.

UPDATE: Response to RC DUCT Comment: Sad you have to Lie, our air unit was purchased in 2015. No Response to BBB, No response to Home Advisor customer support. Why are you hiding if you did nothing wrong? ------------- HORRIBLE! We paid $275 for them to clean our vents. The vent in my son's room no longer has air. They had the audacity to say it was already like that before they came. I have been in this house for over 5 years and installed a new air unit 2 years ago. The vent was working, until they came. Also, THE VENTS ARE STILL DIRTY. Horrible people and company.
