Called to to see what happened. Phone agent was nice enough but couldn't care less and just offered to reschedule with no apologies. Asked to speak with manager and got Ramon, the service manager. Very rude. Interrupted me while I tried to lodge a complaint. Said all the right words but the tone was antagonistic, passive aggressive, not customer friendly.
I have a friend who had who had the same issue with this company in the past. I will be canceling my service contract and seeking a new provider.
If iyou schedule service with this company be sure to ask for a call ahead so you won't end up wasting your time on a no show.
However today was a whole new day...great service, education, and professionalism. Chris was our technician and he was great, very knowledgeable and explained what was happening with the large amounts of ant colony's we had on the outside of the house. He took his time looking around, finding the problem, talking us through what's happening, and how the chemicals will work. He treated for ants, spiders, and wasps. He did both the inside and outside.
He set us up for a 3 week follow up with more treatment to get these ants under control!
He was fantastic and couldn't be happier with the service and the company!

In April, I contacted Pest Now after receiving [via the mail ] a circular [ describing lawn service and/or pest control service]. I was impressed because I did not have to sign a contract. The offer included a $25 savings coupon and I would be notified [ by phone call and e-mail ] prior to any additional service being performed. On April 24th 2014, Pest Now allied an application of pre-emergent weed control. On June 4th, 2014, I was flummoxed a $60 bill for June 4th lawn treatment was attached to my front door for lawn service performed sans any prior notice. I contacted a supervisor, who stated despite no contract, Pest Now performs ongoing, unannounced lawn service; but he would make an effort I would be notified prior to any additional services being performed. I am not seeking preferential or atypical treatment [ no pun intended]. It is kenspeckle I chose Pest Now and recommended Pest Now to a cadre of friends/relatives because people want to be able to make their own decisions about the amount of treatments received and the amount of money they spend.

I also did an aeration and overseeding of my lawn these fall. Will not know how well it works till the spring but the service was reasonably priced.
