He showed me the origin. He showed where is coming from and that the most important. He was on time, he is punctual, he is courteous.

Reasonable price. The quarterly service that you get, they automatically come out to treat your home. If you have any issues in between the service they come out free of charge.

They are very professional, thorough and responsive. If a problem arises, they will come back immediately with no additional charge. Their work was top notch.

Great. Their rodent control was terrific. They scheduled the service right away and returned to check how things were going. They sealed up places where they thought the mice and rats got in.

They have been excellent as well. I have been satisfied with their prices. I just pay it. This is an maintenance plan. We had a mouse situation, me and my neighbor. My neighbor recommended me to them. We kind of on the same track, and it worked out for us. They been maintaining my neighbors and my lawn. The person they have working with me, he does an amazing job. He comes by, and a lot of times he doesn't catch me, when I am home. He made it an point to contact me, to knock on the door, to see if my car is there. I have had really good experience across the board. They have maintained my house, with no problems.

I have been using this company since October 2016. I initially began with a 3-month service and now have decided to sign an annual contract. This is a follow up from an earlier review and I am very pleased with the service and results thus far. It also helps that I convinced my neighbors to also use the service so our coordinated effort, with Pest Now's assistance, means that we are pest/rodent free. I highly recommend this service and am glad to have found them on Angie's List.

They've been responsive, stand by their work, always come in the time period they prescribe, and have come back more frequently than hired, at no additional expense, to help get the rodent problem under control. Their prices are very reasonable and the technicians are always friendly and courteous. Julio, the current tech, is very thorough in his explanation and assessment of the problem.

He was courteous, on time and friendly. Put down some traps and helped me sealed some holes. Very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Technician claimed to have come and knocked on the door and called a contact number. I waited for two hours with a sight line. No company vehicle ever came. My number is listed as the day time number on the service order but they did not call that number but the evening contact number. 

Called to to see what happened. Phone agent was nice enough but couldn't care less and just offered to reschedule with no apologies. Asked to speak with manager and got Ramon, the service manager.  Very rude. Interrupted me while I tried to lodge a complaint. Said all the right words but the tone was antagonistic, passive aggressive, not customer friendly. 

I have a friend who had who had the same issue with this company in the past. I will be canceling my service contract and seeking a new provider. 

If iyou schedule service with this company be sure to ask for a call ahead so you won't end up wasting your time on a no show.

They are very pleasant and efficient.  I am happy with their service.

I didnt write a review of our Angies Deal with PestNow back in January. I hasnt overly impressed then...he came, sprayed and gave us sticky traps. Seemed like just basic service the chemical worked and that's all that mattered so I would have rated them a C.

However today was a whole new day...great service, education, and professionalism. Chris was our technician and he was great, very knowledgeable and explained what was happening with the large amounts of ant colony's we had on the outside of the house. He took his time looking around, finding the problem, talking us through what's happening, and how the chemicals will work. He treated for ants, spiders, and wasps. He did both the inside and outside.

He set us up for a 3 week follow up with more treatment to get these ants under control!

He was fantastic and couldn't be happier with the service and the company!

 

In April, I contacted Pest Now after receiving [via the mail ] a circular [ describing lawn service and/or pest control service]. I was impressed because I did not have to sign a contract. The offer included a $25 savings coupon and I would be notified [ by phone call and e-mail ] prior to any additional service being performed. On April  24th 2014, Pest Now allied an application of pre-emergent weed control. On June 4th, 2014, I was flummoxed a $60 bill for June 4th lawn treatment was attached to my front door for lawn service performed sans any prior notice. I contacted a supervisor, who stated despite no contract, Pest Now performs ongoing, unannounced lawn service; but he would make an effort I would be notified prior to any additional services being performed. I am not seeking preferential or atypical treatment [ no pun intended]. It is kenspeckle I chose Pest Now and recommended Pest Now to a cadre of friends/relatives because people want to be able to make their own decisions about the amount of treatments received and the amount of money they spend.

The initial treatment/evaluation involved chemical treatment inside and outside of my house.  Subsequent treatments have been external (they offer internal treatment of the home if needed).  Therefore makes it easy for scheduling as I don't have to be at home for the work to be done.  They are efficient and pleasant to work with.
I also did an aeration and overseeding of my lawn these fall.  Will not know how well it works till the spring but the service was reasonably priced.
