"We are in touch with Angie's now with our evidence of these statements. We were contacted by this gentleman to put on a storm door. Both the storm door and the interior door needed to be replaced. We were only allowed to replace the storm door because financially it was best at the time. We did work far beyond what his contract detailed. We were told what door to purchase and we attained the door he described. After the door was completed and we requested payment several times before a payment was sent. No complaints was made nor were we contacted. This is a case of a client not wanting to pay us, so they leave a bad review."

"As a company we pride ourselves as our reviews show with quality service. Every now and then we run into a client not being honest. This client had us come back to his home about a roofing situation where we replaced all of the material in the area of the leak satisfactorily. We even got a good review. We sent over other technicians to actually review the issue as well. Everyone reported that the area was secure and tight. We asked for the client to bring in his insurance company to review our professional job. So instead of having an outside source to review our work he decided to write a negative review. We are working to have removed."
