All if my interactions with Pen Win Windows and Doors, LLC has been extremely pleasant. I was extremely with the time and effort they took to inspect my roof as well as the time they took to address all y questions and concerns.

WARNING - This Contractor subcontracted out the roof work then did not want to honor warranty 10 days later. The Subcontractors took less than 1/2 hour to fix the ridge vent and left. The next time it rained the roof leaked again. Contractor did not want to honor warranty 10 days later. Even though the contract stated 5 year warranty. Extreme difficulty getting Sub-Contractor back to correctly repair the Ridge Vent. Would not recommend this company. Horrible Customer Service and repair work.

The owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. His crew did excellent work and extra things like picking up all the nails from the lawn. We were very pleased with the finished product.

I had a roof replaced, and I am satisfied with the results.

Great group to work with

Horace, the owner, personally came and gave me an estimate on a weekend, which is something most companies don't do; however it was very convenient for me. His price was over a thousand dollars cheaper than another company (who I won't divulge). The work quality was fantastic and his guys were extremely fast and clean. I left for work two days after his estimate, came back that day after work to a brand new roof, and not a speck of trash in my yard. Overall I am extremely pleased with the work, the customer service, and Horace himself being so professional and timely.

So this review is a few months late but I've hired PenWin before and was not disappointed this time either. They did a reroof and a great job. The guys were experienced and efficient. The salesman was professional and personable. I really like working with them and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs, replacement or roof overs. Great company!

Mr. Horace was very responsive. I spoke with him on Saturday and first thing Monday morning his team was en route to repair my exterior door and storm door. The team was quick, professional and cleaned up after themselves. His team also provided me suggestions on how to repair the surrounding area that was outside of the scope of service requested. I will definitely utilize Mr. Horace and his team again. My door and surrounding area has much better cosmetic appeal to it.

These guys were mostly great. The only reason they don't get 5 stars across the board is because they mis-measured a window and had to re-order the correct size. This part took over 4 weeks and I had to continually call them to ask for an update, not the other way around. Plus they had to come out again, which meant more time off work. Another issue is that one of the specialty windows they ordered for us leaked. They came out twice to try to fix it. The last fix was a bead of silicone around the outside of the glass. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a heavy rainstorm yet to test out this latest fix. However, Seth is an incredible worker, and I'm sure if I have a problem, he and the rest of the team will resolve it for us. Seth gets 5 stars...I just wish my overall experience had gone more smoothly.

This is the worst contractor I've ever experienced in 40 years of working with contractors. The guy showed up and he stood in front of my house. I pointed out where the problem areas were and he did not write anything down. I showed him the water leak area and the side of the house where the drain comes down. I asked him to replace a 20 foot section and clean all my gutters. He gave me a price of $600 and I agreed. He asked me for a $300 deposit and I gave him my credit card. I took the day off of work on the scheduled date that the work was to start, and he did not show up. The next day I came home from work and the work had been done. It was a terrible job. I have a strange looking 8" round extension going into my driveway, and he had not cleaned me gutters at all. The owner had told me that my card would not have been charged until I expressed my satisfaction with the job. The owner charged my card for the full amount before he even spoke to me. I noticed that my gutters had not even been cleaned. He charged me $600 to push a piece of the drain up 3 inches, and add a little piece to the drain, but he did not even clean my gutters! Now he tells me that I had not told him to clean the gutters, but that is ridiculous. The second worker came out and did the work when I was not home and the owner did not contact me to see if the work was done to my satisfaction before charging my card the additional $300. He is the worst contractor I've ever experienced. I would never recommend him to anyone to do any work!

Need a job done right. Call Pen Win! They put siding up on my home. very pleased turned out beautiful! The guys were very courteous and respectable. These men kept us well informed as they proceeded to do the job. Need a job done right Contact Pen Win. ~ Donna Brookman

I am happy with the installation, but can't give a 5 star on the quality until we have more rain.

After interviewing several companies, I contracted with Pen Win for a new roof. They offered a price match guarantee (although another company's estimate was a little cheaper). The new roof has been installed but there are a couple of issues. (1) The dumpster didn't arrive until the 2nd day (meaning the old shingles and other detritus was dumped on my lawn) and (2) I was promised that my landscaping would be protected with tarps (it wasn't). Even though the worker did his best to clean up, I'm still finding pieces of old shingles and nails in my flower bed and deck. Bottom line, the new roof looks great. I think we're ready for any bad weather!

My Issue has been resolved with Pen Win and me

The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. They very good.

Work was started and completed as promised. The roofers worked through the day to complete the job on time. Job was done very well and will probably use them for other projects.

They gave great recommendations regarding which style and color would look good on my house. The house looks great and I will be using them again.
