The owner George Washington is very professional and easy to talk to. He took the time to get to know me and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. His staff were on time and did a great job. One small unexpected issue arose during the installation, Mr. Washington and his staff were quick to respond and address the issue promptly. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the workmanship of my new roof and I would highly recommend the company.

When Mr. Washington and his crew arrived to my home to repair a portion of the roof and to remove the sun roof on that portion of the house, they were professional, efficient and kept the area clean; ultimately they did an amazing job. Mr. Washington was in contact with me regarding the work from the beginning to the end of this project and I would use this business again. Final project turned out great.

Crew came out to repair soffits that were rotted in a few places on old house and roof repair where leak was problem. They were punctual, profession and did a wonderful job. They worked the whole day and I am very happy with the results. They meticulously cleaned the yard thoroughly before leaving. I need the whole roof done eventually and will look for OTBY to do the job. Pricing is better than competitors in the area. Highly recommend!

Sadly, this was not a very good experience. At first they seemed very professional and nice. During removal of the old shingles it began to rain. Workers did not have enough tarps to cover everything causing the attic insulation, upstairs bedrooms and hallway to sustain extensive water damage. When Olde to better yet was approached about the damage the owner claimed that it did not even rain enough to cause the damage. Basically saying I was a liar. After a few minutes of arguing about the damage he then stated that we will just go to court. Trying not to escalate the situation a compromise was made that they would replace the damaged insulation and drywall and I would complete the rest myself. Sadly again they attempted to not replace everything agreed upon. It took them twice as long to do the work as promised and they would show up anywhere between 7 am and 1 pm without notice, always leaving us waiting or canceling plans. The attic was left without insulation for two weeks causing the HVAC to run almost continuously to keep the temp comfortable. After all was said and done I paid the total amount that was originally quoted. There was no compensation even though we had gone through all that trouble. My family and I just wanted the drama over with. I corrected some of the shoddy work they had done and finished it myself. If I was someone that had no experience with home construction I would have been taken advantage of.

Gerold and Gary are great to deal with..The office personal also (tho a "little" more communication would have been good).It took a long time to actually get roof done because of the Constant rain..no fault of theirs..But the finished product looks great and the crew were professional as well.
