After more than 20 years in the roofing industry, founders Sal and Eric wanted to build a company that got the job done right. With licences in both home improvement and public adjusting Mars Restoration is a company made of uniquely qualified materials. Certified by all major manufactures, we've seen just about everything that can happen to roofs and we're her to share that experience with you. I normally don't give negative reviews but I had to make an exception with my dealings with Mars Restoration. After the wind storm of March 2018 I put in a claim with my insurance company and then contacted Mars. They tarped my roof and said they would work with my insurance company to replace my roof. I never heard back from them until I called because the tarp had come loose and I had leaks. The guy that came out gave me his card and told me to email the claim to him which I did. I never got a response even after leaving a couple of voicemails on his mobile phone. Now over 4 months after that the tarp is loose again and not only do they want to charge me again to tack down the tarp and want me to sign a contract to have them install a new roof, they are blaming me although I've made at least 10 calls to them trying to see if they had contacted my insurance company to have the roof replaced. They never return calls and it became obvious that for whatever reason they didn't want my business. The rep told me "I think we should part ways" and even encouraged me to post a bad review. Mind you that I was never nasty or disrespectful. It's unbelievable that a company would be so pompous and arrogant that they could care less about a potential customer.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry but what you have reviewed is a lie. We came out to your home and put a tarp on your roof. Your insurance company came out and they only paid to replace half of your roof. At which time we asked to write a contract to repair the roof, which you elected not to do. That tarp has been there for over 6 months due to the fact that you spent the insurance money rather than use it for your roof repair, you chose to not sign a contract for roof replacement with us and instead spent the money. Mr. [Member Name Removed] you spent the money your insurance company gave you to repair your roof, you told us that. You called us this week demanding that we re-tarp your roof for free or that you were going to put a bad review if we did not and we told you that we can not keep re-tarping your roof for free. Because you spent the money the insurance already paid to replace your roof and made threats that if we didn't do something for free that you would give a bad review we thought it was best we did not work together. I am sorry but we can not do something for free because you threaten to make a bad review which is based on lies. Mars Restoration stands behind all work that we perform and this review is coming from someone whom we never performed any work for other than installing a temporary tarp."

MARS did a fantastic job with the replacement of my roof. I wasn't even aware I needed a new roof until their Sales Rep visited my home. My house looks more updated and 100% more beautiful.

I was extremely happy with the job Mars Restoration did on my roof. My roommate's friend wanted to come check out my roof for damage. I never even thought about my roof so I told him sure. Chris Harris came to my house and proceed to show my husband all of the hail damage our roof had undergone. He also took care of the insurance claim process. The inspector came out and so did Chris. Not only did Chris show my house had damage but my detached garage, work shop and two sheds also had damage. Now I have a brand new roof on all the structures on my property. Thank you Mars Restoration for helping me even tho I had no clue I needed the help. I would highly recommend them. I plan to have them replace my siding next year.

I worked with Chris he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install of my new roof was one day as promised and the job was well done. I have no problems recommend them to my friends and family. I have seen 3 other houses that had new roofs by this company and it was still the same quality workmanship as mine. They were always available to talk or come by and answer any of my questions. It went great. I was explained how the process would work and the time frame to complete the jobs. Eric Ford, Sales Manager and Sal Pirozzi , Mars Construction employees were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and always responded to my calls in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about the company. It was a hassle free experience. I have recommended Mars Construction to other people. So happy I went with Mars Construction to do have the work done.

Excellent. Sean Geary helped step me through the process from the initial free inspection, Adjustment, having solar panels removed, stored and put back on, and we are finishing the interior work now. I highly recommend using MARS for any restoration work.

I noticed many signs in the area and people having work done to their homes. Sean knocked on my door and explained the whole process from inspection to getting the depreciation at the end. He explained what it meant to be Haag certified and that he was a public adjuster. After the inspection we called in the claim and had an adjustment. From there we waited for the work scope and then wrote contract. A week later all the work began and was finished within a week.

MARS worked hard to get my reluctant insurance company to pay for hail damage that is covered by law. When the insurance adjuster returned with a low estimate MARS provided evidence that the damage was extensive and due to hail and ultimately got the entire roof covered. The insurance company then had two extensive inspections of the roof done. After a few issues were addressed the roof past the inspection and all costs were covered. Without the hard work done by the MARS team I don't believe the hail damage would have been covered. MARS was friendly and understanding throughout the process which took over a year from the time of the damage, they did not give up our claim. I recommend their services which are high quality and competitively priced. Sean Geary was especially helpful and friendly going the extra mile and checking in frequently.
