Maryland Sewing & Vacuum Center specializes in Baby Lock. They are very good in giving classes. They are one of the largest dealers of Baby lock on the East Coast. You get free service for 3 years when you buy a sewing machine or a serger. They have a technician there who is pretty proficient on fixing things. I had problem with an older serger as the flat walk was not working properly and he had to call the company and all that and finally he got it straightened out. There are places where you can get cheaper machine. They are pretty good as far as responsiveness is concerned. They would tell you when it takes five to ten days or within that time period. I would use them in the future.
