The young man who fixed my AC was very professional and courteous. He showed up fast and on time, and fixed the problem immediately after consulting with me. I was very impressed when he followed up with me to make sure everything was working okay.

They see your issues from your point of view and share with you tips and pointers that you may never have thought about. Finished the job within hours, came exactly on time. There was a small leak on from the minisplit. I took pictures and contacted Tristan the same day. Within minutes, he set up time to see me the next day whenever was convenient for me. That's dedication to this craft and pride in what he does. Will definitely be in touch with Logan Mechanical for all of my local rental properties moving forward.

The extreme professionalism demonstrated by this company was above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and took a lot of time with my husband and I to explain the situation with great detail. We had an entire AC system replacement completed and the process could have been confusing and stressful, however the employees of this company made us feel informed and comfortable through the entire process. Very well! Researched the best options for the home. Followed up after installation to be sure unit was heating home. Was up front and honest on what he was doing and what actions we would need to take for the best results. Felt I'm good hands.

Mr. Smith the owner came himself and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended a repair plan, including preventive maintenance, that met with our budget. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

it was one of the hottest days in August and no air wasn't an option. Although the technician was getting calls while he was working with me he never rushed my job or lost patience. I had the same problem last year and the company told me I should replace the unit but Logan Mechanical offered less expensive options and the unit has been working great since they repaired it
