HAVE FAITH PLUMBING

I was assigned this company by Lowe's to install a new microwave in place of a very old one.  The service guy was on time and friendly. The project was much more difficult than I am sure he expected because he had to take out an almost 30-year old microwave which was put in very differently from today's.  He had to take several pieces off the old one to even figure out how to get it out.  After he installed the bracket and put the microwave in place, I saw that it was tilted a little forward.  He took the microwave back out and we figured out that a piece of wood holding the shelf above was in the way.  He took out this piece and replaced it with metal brackets.  The microwave was still tilted so he put a wood shim on the wall to be able to move the bracket down -- Corian behind the stove went all the way up to the bottom of the old microwave, so it wasn't just simply moving the bracket down. Finally, it was all in place.  Throughout this whole process the installer was extremely patient and definitely seemed to be focused on my being satisfied with the install.  I appreciated all the unexpected extra effort required for this job and would definitely want to hire him again. It was well worth the cost of installation.

WAS RIPPED OFF. This company is VERY unprofessional. Initially, I located this company through Lowes to have measurements done to replace a bathroom vanity, but ended up asking him (Michael Little) if he wouldn't mind also doing the installation of the vanity and replacing 3 vanity faucets. He agreed. He replaced the faucets and also repaired a leak under the vanity sink but only partially finished the replacement of the vanity. This project began back in July 2011 (it is now October 2011). He has not returned since that initial day in July. I have repeatedly called him (had to leave voicemails) to come finish installing the vanity; each time he would arrange a day and time that he would come out to finish, but would never show up. He never called to apologize or advise as to why he didn't show up. This happened a total of 7 times over three months where I would call him to find out when he could come finish doing the work; he would give me a day and time... and all seven times he was a "no show". No phone call. No nothing. I paid him in full when he initially came to do the work, which in retrospect I realize was a mistake, but the bottom line is I was had. I am now having to spend additional money to have another company come finish the job.

Have Faith plumbing was the contract service I was assigned by Lowes. When the name popped up on the computer at Lowes I was told how lucky I was that it was them because of how good they were.  The gentleman at Lowes was right.  They came on time and performed the work extremely well.  He first noticed that the toilet I selected would probably not fit properly in the space and rather than take it out of the box and start working with it, whereby Lowes would have charged me an openbox return fee, he spent time measuring the location of the water input and bolts, etc. then determined that it would not work.  He then took it back to Lowes and asked them to let me exchange it for another one.  He made sure that I picked one that worked and agreed to come back on a Saturday, rather than during the week, so that I would not have to take more time off work.  The faucet replacement went off witout a hitch.  I asked for his card so in the future I could call his company for any plumbing needs.

Mr. Little is a professional who takes pride in his work, provides quality service and most important is honest and fair. I will continue to use him and recommend him.

They did a very good job. They called me back promptly. They showed up on time. He kept to his work until finished. Unlike the bigger company plumbers, he was NOT on his cell phone with personal calls and wasting time. He went in a second time to re-snake the line to make sure it was not draining slow at all. He did not leave until he showed me that every thing was done and I was happy with it. He takes pride in his work.
