I have a home surrounded by over 100 tall 35 year old mature cherry trees which are sometimes damaged in storms or die. Scott Greear has been doing tree work for me for the past 8 years. Many other owners in my community also use Green Tree Service. I have used his company over 20 times and each time I am highly satisfied with his work. His price is always fair and reasonable. He is punctual, performs work safely, cleans up the work site and his crew is careful with heavy equipment on my property. For personalized service, I'd highly recommend this small company over larger companies.

Scott and his crew did an amazing job removing 6 very large trees from my backyard. He is very honest and informative. He makes sure you are satisfied with the job performed He also makes sure you get your money's worth. He arrived on time and got started right away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs trees trimmed or removed.

I must say that Scott from Green Tree Service is truly a leader in his profession. Not only did his team safely remove the pine trees that were situated in a dangerous area, they also were able to remove all of the limbs and branches that fell into the ravine. Let me tell you that this ravine was not a foreseeable easy task, though Scott and his crew made it look too easy when they removed the debris from the ravine.
The level of service was excellent, and I am completely satisfied by the extras that he threw in (trimming hedges) at no extra cost. The price was very reasonable, as I had originally been quoted $6,000 by another company in the area. I would highly recommend Green Tree Service to anyone searching for an honest, reliable, and affordable tree service company.

Scott (the owner) and his crew arrived on site at the agreed upon time. He and his crew were courteous, professional and experienced. They removed the trees, cleaned the work area, and hauled away all debris. In accordance with our contract, he plans to return and grind the two stumps in four to six weeks. I recommend his services and am sharing my great experience with neighbors and friends in the area.

Scott has been in my neighborhood a lot lately, cleared out a number of trees on one neighbor's yard last fall and dealt with a dead tree and a snag (leaning into my property) in my neighbor's yard on the opposite side shortly thereafter. In the first case, he left me a number of logs at my request for firewood. Scott had given me a very reasonable quote ($2-3K for 5-10 trees) for clearing trees in my yard, with trimming of other trees thrown in; we never settled on a price as I've worked on it myself due to limited financial resources. Today, I had some friends over to help, and we started with the most dangerous tree. It did not go well initially. After making our cuts, the tree settled towards the house, and I called Scott. He answered the phone, said he was buying food for his pets, asked some information on the tree (height, diameter, type, distance from the house, etc) so he could grab the right ropes, and said he'd be there within an hour. He showed up an hour later, put my crew to work, and had the tree down safely in 20 minutes. I fed his family, and he stuck around and gave my father-in-law tips on felling trees. The quoted price is because we had already made all the cuts and all he had to do was apply the right leverage. I was expecting to pay 5X as much. I can not say enough positive things about this guy. If you need everything hauled away with no mess, he will take care of it. If you want a rock bottom price for trees cut down and can deal with the branches and logs yourself, he will adjust his price to meet your needs. He rents out his log splitter at a better price than home depot. The only possible negative is that he tends to come back to do stump grinding in bunches, so if you want the best price you may have to wait a month or so for him to get around to it. Very much not a big deal for me. He tells me he also does landscaping and some home improvement work. Anytime i can afford his services I will be taking advantage. I also plan to invite him over when grilling out because he has some wonderful stories of other houses he's rescued from having trees crashed into. Seriously, hire this guy. The service was beyond excellent. Scott Greear the owner came out gave me the estimate. He guarantee the time and they did showed up on time to do the job. The guys finished the job all in one day of getting the tree chopped up. They even covered the hole in the roof because of a another storm that is coming through on Wednesday. Scott and his time was very professional, punctual, organized, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend their services to others and would use again.
