Myra and her crew were nothing short of phenomenal! They were able to get us exactly what we wanted when other fabricators told us that it was impossible to get the number of pieces, sizes, and delivery that we wanted. The result is absolutely beautiful!

I had never had a kitchen remodeled, so was a beginner in this process. My first impression of Dynamic Stone Creations (DSC) was favorable. We (my significant other and I) visited their facility and selected a particular pattern we both liked. On a follow-up visit, we were told that the seams where two pieces joined would be quite noticeable because of the bold pattern of our selection. We made another selection that we liked. It was lighter in color than the original selection and had green highlights that we thought would add to the overall look of the kitchen. (At no time did DSC offer to let us take samples home so that we could see how they would look in the kitchen.)
The countertop that DSC installed was, we contended, not the one we selected. The one installed was dark with no green highlights. We were unable to contact DSC for about 10 days after installation because their facility was closed around the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays. When we were finally able to make contact, DSC strongly disagreed with us and would not even consider the possibility that they made a mistake. As a matter of fact, the almost exact quote of their manager was: "We never make mistakes." DSC maintained this position in face of the facts that they DID make two other mistakes: they applied an incorrect edge on the countertop and delivered it with a scratch on the surface.
My contractor said that I had two options: (1) DSC would remove the countertop and we could start the process all over with another countertop supplier, or (2) we (the contractor and I) could negotiate a lower price for the overall job. Although I reluctant to have the contractor bear any part of what I considered DSC's burden, I did not want to start all over with the delays that entailed, so I chose the latter. (DSC later applied apply the correct edge on the countertop and buffed out the scratch.)

They are wonderful. You get almost a one day turnaround. I recommend them highly. It is a family run company. The yard is full of stone!
