Have a sofa which I truly love, but wanted to update the look after ten years.  After about 10 rings I was about to hang-up when someone answered.  I stated what I wanted and requested an appointment.  We agreed on a time and date.  Mr. Park changed the time of the appointment from morning to afternoon (which I agreed with no problem).  However the day of the appointment, Mr. Park did not call or arrive to the appointment.

I used to drive by their store for many years and I thought that I would try them. They delivered the furniture a couple of weeks ago. I would not recommend them because they were very late and they would keep postponing things like the estimate, the furniture pickup and delivery. I called them three or four times to get my furniture delivered. However, their work was okay but I was not overwhelmed. Their price was high. They were very friendly but other than that I was not too pleased. They would say that they would do it on a particular day but they would not do it. I had to call them to ask as to when they would get done. I had nothing to compare their price to but the original price of the loveseat. They failed in terms of their responsiveness. They were responsive to my requests. They would answer and would get back to me when I called to ask them something. They were trades people and they would not give any artistic feedback. If I gave them samples of what I had then they would copy it exactly. There was nothing original. I wanted to make a change in the room and I thought that I gave them enough feedback but they did not add to it.
