They tried to convince me that my fridge had a water "reservoir" that would take more than 8 hours to fill up. That's a lie - expect them to lie to you as much as they want. 2. The father who owns the business sent his son to my job. His son send to know very little about appliance repair so if you get the younger mid 20s - 30s guy showing up to your job, he will do a terrible job. The father had to come back to fix his son's mistake. 3. They "fixed" my fridge, which never really was fixed and went back to it's original problem within a month. When I called my warranty company to send them back out the son came. He said it seemed like the heater or thermostat wasn't working properly. 4. Then I got a call from my warranty company saying that arcnet had told them everything was fine with the fridge and no repairs were needed. Complete lies. Now arcnet dodges my calls because they know they were wrong.

This is a family owned businesses. Service was exceptional. The workers knew what to do and removed the old built in microwave and replaced it with à newer model. They were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if I need more work.

Service was performed well. I would recommend and use company again provided I have no issues in future with installation.

When I contacted Wendell, he was off but sent his son to check my washer. He explained that I probably needed a new motherboard and tried to repair it at least temporarily. He confirmed whether temporary fix worked before leaving. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I paid the deposit for the motherboard. Within a few days Wendell and his son returned and finished the repair. They were knowledgeable, polite and neat throughout the process. I definitely would hire them again.

Wendell came the same day I called. Checked washer and dryer. Heard noise but suggested it was a sign the machines were dying (the unit is 31 yrs old!) and that we use them until they quit. He didn’t charge us anything for the call. Would call him again.

Awesome! They were efficient and very professional. Wendel gave instructions on how to troubleshoot if the disposal gets stuck or needs resetting. Definitely will contact them again to help with my mini kitchen issues.

The technician responded and said it was the regulator and fixed the problem. It worked for four days and the fridge went out again. I called the owner of the company to respond back out to the house and I got no response or call back.

ArcNet repair services review for services performed on 19 May 2020 Wendell was very responsive and answered my call first thing in the morning. He really didn’t have time to do the job the same day but because our freezer food was thawing out, he prioritized and came to repair the fridge at 7:30 at night after he had met all his other commitments for the day. This dedication and customer service was greatly appreciated. The issue and task were clear and agreed upon. Wendell and Howard were professional and did a good job and the issue appears to be resolved. Our only real issue was the charge of $150 for 12.5 oz of R132 and $200 for the 45 minutes or so of labor (no parts were changed and no diagnostics were performed). There was no discussion of cost up front (candidly i felt pressured to get someone out right away and I should have asked for trip charge and expected project charge). Overall, I was pleased with the job and really appreciated him coming out the same day especially so late in the evening and with the work. However, I am not happy with what I felt was too high of a charge.
