Alvarez Tree Service

It went well. I think all tree works are expensive but it was reasonable for the tree work. I would rather not have to work with them. I called them to fix something in my house and they did. They were prompt and they were thorough. It didn't take them long to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves.

Mr. Alvarez came to my house on time. He did the job but he charged me too much for what he did.

Mr. Alvarez responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and even showed up during a driving rain storm to take a look at the work I wanted to have done.  He and his crew showed up on time on the date set to start the work, and worked diligently to get the work completed in less than two days.  They cleaned up and removed a massive amount of debris, as promised.  Mr. Alvarez is very knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. 

They did a good job of cutting the tree. They took all the big pieces away. I also told them to grind the stump, which they did. They were under the impression that I wanted to keep the mulch on the ground which I really didn?t need. So I just got that work done myself because I had a partial fence put up in the area where the tree used to be. So that was the only problem I had. They were on time and punctual. They got the work done on the same day. They did the work on a Friday. They then called me up on the following Monday to inform me that they would fax me a copy of the bill and also a copy through mail, which they did. I then paid them the money. They did a fantastic job. The quote that I got from them was the best one compared to the 3 or 4 other quotes that I got from other companies. I didn?t get a chance to meet them since I had to go to work and they told me that I didn?t have to be here. However, they were courteous over the telephone. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were extremely careful in a very tight situation involving the tree and my house. They were excellent at clean up, they were very punctual and they did everything they said they would do.
