ADT AUTHORIZED DEALER

Great. After a disastrous experience from the local ADT branch, we called Eric. He showed up on time, was very friendly, no non-sense. He explained all about the equipment, did a security assessment of our house and didn't try to push unnecessary equipment on us. He offered advice but listened to our needs as well. He was very honest. We decided to go with him and he had one of his crew come out to install the system. The crew member was slightly late but very efficient and installed the system well. He allowed us to test several of the sensors ourselves and gave us some tips on using the system. We had one false alarm the next week when they were installing someone else's system and set off ours somehow but we have been satisfied otherwise. We recently had a question about a certain setting and called Eric who again was very friendly and helpful and offered to have his tech call us to help us out if what he suggested didn't work.
