Putting on an addition of a 600sf living quarters for a elderly parent with a handy cap bath, also a mudroom and first floor laundry for the whole house. Rick gave us a price estimate and stuck to it. Rick really knows his trade and gave us good advice. We had a difficult schedule with a lot of slips. He accomidated our schedule and helped us through inspection.
